    From April 25th to 26th, in 2023, the "Yunqing Future Zhixin Tianxia" Mobile Cloud Conference was held in Suzhou. At the same time, the conference held several sub-forums to carry out industry sharing and exchanges around the themes of ecological win-win, computing infrastructure, capacity innovation and industrial empowerment.

Wei Bing, deputy general manager of China Mobile Group’s Government and Enterprise Division, Huang Gang, deputy general manager of China Mobile Shanghai Industrial Research Institute, made special speeches, and experts from China Mobile Group’s Principal Center and China Mobile Design Institute made special speeches.

    Wei Bing said that China Mobile established the toV Legion and the Private Cloud Legion in order to further build a strong "network", a safe "cloud" and a high-precision "map", empower smart "cars" and smart "roads", and will jointly develop the toV market with its partners in the future.

    Huang Gang said that the demand for new infrastructure integration and the integration of CT and IT technologies has promoted the integration of cloud computing capabilities and further accelerated the integration and development of the vehicle networking industry. Based on the cloud image capability, the Institute has built 123 product systems, that is, two clouds, namely, automobile city cloud and automobile enterprise cloud, on the basis of one cloud network base, to serve the three application scenarios of dual-smart cities/demonstration areas+automobile enterprises+specific scenarios, and comprehensively optimize the computing power resources based on the three application scenarios.

    Xiao Ziyu, chief expert of China Mobile Design Institute, and Dong Hang, deputy manager of network security R&D center of China Mobile Group Principal Center, respectively gave keynote speeches on "the base of computing network resources serving toV" and "the construction of integrated and credible vehicle networking". Cao Hong, an associate researcher at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center, and Liu Fen, general manager of Wuhan Zhonghaiting Data Technology Co., Ltd. made special speeches focusing on the theme of autonomous driving.

    During the conference, toV Vehicle Networking Corps of China Mobile Shanghai Industrial Research Institute, Private Cloud Corps of China Mobile Cloud Capability Center and China Mobile Design Institute joined hands to build a new information service system of "connection+computing power+capability" based on the endowment layout of cloud, network and computing, and released a toV solution based on cloud network.
