On April 1st, the province responded to the novel coronavirus epidemic in emergency headquarters and issued the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of the COVID-19 Epidemic in Sichuan Province in 2021 (Third Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines")Guide）。 The Guide requires that all localities should speed up the improvement of vaccination capacity in Covid-19, adopt a combination of fixed site vaccination and roving vaccination, and vigorously promote vaccination for people over 18 years old.

The Guide requires that the vaccination progress in Covid-19 be accelerated. All localities and departments in charge of various industries should do a solid job in propaganda and mobilization, vaccination personnel mapping and organization, and strengthen daily scheduling, weekly notification and monthly assessment. Accelerate the improvement of vaccination capacity, rely on secondary and above medical institutions to set up inoculation points, use exhibition venues, stadiums, factories, enterprises, schools and other temporary inoculation points, adopt a combination of fixed-site inoculation and roving inoculation, vigorously promote the vaccination of people over 18 years old, and earnestly do a good job in monitoring the abnormal reaction of vaccination and medical treatment. Actively promote the use of "Sichuan Tianfu Health Link" for appointment vaccination.

According to the "Guide", employees in high-risk positions such as imported cold chain food, opened isolation places, emergency rooms and isolation wards in medical institutions, customs and ports, and international aviation should be tested for nucleic acids every week; Other staff of medical institutions, sampling and testing personnel of disease control institutions, supervision places and staff of old-age care institutions should conduct nucleic acid testing for all staff every month, and complete sampling testing for vaccination personnel in Covid-19; Farmers (bazaars, seafood) markets, take-away, postal services, express delivery and other service industries and labor-intensive employees should sample nucleic acid detection every month; Nucleic acid detection should be carried out in each batch of imported cold chain food packaging; Medical institutions, isolated places, farmers’ markets, cold chain food production and processing, storage and transportation related places, to conduct environmental sampling nucleic acid testing on a regular basis.

14-day centralized isolation measures were implemented for entry personnel from the port of our province. During the centralized isolation period, three nucleic acid tests and one antibody test were completed. After the entry personnel are released from centralized isolation, all localities should take them back in a closed loop (those who return to other provinces should be sent to airports and stations in a closed loop), and the community should strictly implement home health monitoring within 7 days, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the next day and the seventh day after the release of isolation. Those who come to (return to) Sichuan after completing 14-day centralized isolation in other provinces and failing to complete 7-day home health monitoring are required to carry out 7-day home health monitoring, and complete a nucleic acid test the next day and the seventh day after arriving at their destination.
