　　On January 11th, faw liberation 2024 New Vehicle Promotion and Procurement Work Conference was held in Changchun, Jilin, with 700 suppliers and partners from all over the world participating in the grand event. Hu Hanjie, assistant general manager of China FAW, Huang Xianyu, member of the Standing Committee of Changchun Municipal Committee and deputy mayor, Wang Haiying, member of the Party Group of Changchun Municipal Government and the first secretary of the Party Building Alliance of the automobile industry, Wu Bilei, chairman and secretary of the Party Committee of faw liberation, Li Sheng, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Guohua, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the trade union, and other leading members attended the meeting. 　　In 2023, faw liberation joined hands with global suppliers and partners, made concerted efforts to forge ahead, faced the fierce competition in the commercial vehicle market, and firmly occupied the leading position in the industry, taking NG car share as the absolute number one, medium and heavy truck terminal share as the industry number one for seven consecutive years, overseas sales exceeding 60% for three consecutive years, brand value as the industry number one for twelve consecutive years, and tractor sales as the industry number one for eighteen consecutive years.

　　Hu Hanjie said that in 2023, in the face of severe challenges such as sluggish total volume of commercial vehicle industry, intensified competition and structural adjustment, faw liberation withstood the heavy pressure, and made concerted efforts with the majority of supply chain partners to overcome difficulties and achieved a series of brand-new outstanding achievements. Hu Hanjie demanded that in 2024, faw liberation should join hands with all supply chain partners to strengthen strategic coordination and enhance the security and resilience of the supply chain; Strengthen innovation breakthroughs and enhance the ability to independently control key core technologies; Strengthen value procurement and improve the competition level of supply chain; Strengthen the transformation of digital intelligence and work together to build an integrated supply chain platform; Strengthen "pro-Qing" cooperation and jointly build a new ecology of sunshine procurement.

　　Huang Xianyu spoke highly of China FAW’s development achievements in recent years, and praised faw liberation’s leading role in expanding Changchun’s automobile industry cluster. He pointed out that in recent years, Changchun has focused on building a world-class international automobile city, promoting the "six regression" of production scheduling, production capacity, supporting facilities, settlement, talents and innovation, speeding up the transformation mode, restructuring and promoting the pace of transformation. He said that auto parts companies are welcome to investigate and build factories, and fully promote Changchun’s transformation, upgrading and leapfrog development.

　　Wu Bilei said that liberation in 2024 will adhere to the unshakable development strategy of building a "community of supply chain destiny". He emphasized that building a "community of supply chain destiny" and building a world-class commercial vehicle supply chain is not only an inevitable requirement for faw liberation to accelerate the construction of a world-class enterprise, but also the responsibility of faw liberation as a central enterprise. He said that faw liberation is looking forward to working with suppliers to build new mechanisms, new foundations, share new achievements, innovate ecology and seek new development, and jointly build a world-class industrial chain and supply chain of modern commercial vehicles. Facing the future development, Wu Bilei expects that all the supplier teams should do their best in seven aspects: "improving quality, reducing costs, controlling risks, being bold in innovation, fast in layout, being brave in pioneering, and being clean in ecology", and join hands with faw liberation to achieve all the business objectives in 2024, so as to make new achievements in the industry.
